We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return for store credit only.
All accessories (jewelry, handbags, headbands and dog items) are FINAL SALE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note we are a small business; therefore, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and we highly recommend you include tracking for all returned items. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
For exchanges, customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the returned item and new item.

Damages and issues
Upon receipt, please inspect your order, carefully, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any damaged or defective items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
